We’re thrilled to announce that our Dementia Day Centres are now open every weekday — Monday through Friday — offering consistent, compassionate care and support for individuals living with dementia.
Our centres provide a safe, welcoming environment where attendees can enjoy breakfast on arrival, a 2 course home cooked meal for lunch and a whole host of social, fun filled activities.Â
Whether it’s music therapy, memory games, or simply sharing a cup of tea, every day is filled with meaningful moments and connection.
